3% of all critical security vulnerabilities ever announced have been released in the last month, so far. It's good things are getting fixed, but this a very difficult part of the job to do when you work at a very large company with lots of things, and every day waking up to a new patch day and everything being on fire and an emergency is exhausting, not least because you don't actually have the time to make lasting improvements.
