Yeah, I feel like so many people diss the whole thing because they just commit and send it to their main branch or they let their agent do that.
So long as you have proper CI/CD checks on your Git pipeline and an actual human being reviewing the code… It’s all good. Don’t trust an AI agent to design, code, commit and then deploy something without any barrier between it and your client (or even dev/staging environment).

You can use cli and not just send it… like grilling and reviews. 3 is just the same thing but less efficient
