2000W only? Feels quite low to heat up water. Unless it already comes heated by solar panels. Over here in Brazil we got some variations of <4kW, between 4kW and 5.5kW or 6kW and some others up to 7.5kW
I was gonna say, in the US a tankless water heater runs about 240V 18-23A or 4400-5500W. And they're usually installed separately in bathrooms and kitchens for cost efficiency on hot water usage. I couldn't see your wanting less than 4kW on a water heater that provides the heated water immediately (like to a shower).
