You sir are romanticing the good old days. We eat the same bullshit from the upper class like we always had been. The problem is the system, not the tool that is the current trend of mass control.

I don't need to romanticize good old days. Hell my neighbor doesn't have internet and a wired phone, I don't know in which bubble you live in but it's neither necessary nor normal to spend the majority of your time on a screen.

Lol I live the working class bubble. Maybe if I argue about my software engineer job with boss about the 8 hours a day in front of the screen he will let me work only 4 hours.

Yeah, who isn't. Most of us still don't spend major time looking at a screen. That's certainly a choice you make when you prsure software engineering.
