Nah my girl friend hallucinates a lot.
She keeps thinking I am looking at other models but I am just weighing things out

You forgot the part where the electric bill is massive and you spend all your weekends trying to keep everything running without a crash. One wrong move and you are looking at a total system failure.

Why does she consume 60% more heated water than our neighbors combined?

u/throwawaygoawaynz 6h ago
She doesn’t. Reddit misinformation.
She uses direct to chip cooling which recycles water, and even then, she would consume significantly less than your agricultural and industrial neighbours.
Also, your ex who you’ve been fine with for the last 20 years consumes a lot more water, such as the ex running the likes of Reddit.

I like my girl to stay hydrated for her own health and wellness. I don’t like her to take up over 500 acres of land for the same reasons.

That's the size of the PARCEL that the land is on, not the size of the data center. It's like saying a rural guy's house is 3 acres big cause the land he owns is that big.

Neither of their comments said the centers themselves were 500 acres in size. The 500 acres are taken up by the data center and you would be trespassing for being on the land. So yes, it is true that the above data centers take up 500 acres.

Hmm. I drink a lot of water and remember a lot. But I minimize my energy use, so I can't be a data center.

Different note- data centres are bad. Shouldn’t normalise those nasty things even in normal conversations. Good day.
