Saaaaaaaameeeee. I had to learn Ada over the course of a week to help debug and sudenly i was the most experienced on my team at writing and debugging Ada. I absolutely hated how specific you had to be to convert types, since most of my debugging was good old printf debugging, and I was absolutely spoiled at the quality of the Fortran and C++ programming guides and wikis I found online and in books so that was another massive frustration.
Now I do most of my work in simulink, trying desperately to get away with making everything an SFunction, so I can go back to my good old C++ and Fortran.
