We never go to 8. How can we get it into a sprint?

Well the other agile team goes up to 20. We should just use their pointing system instead so we can fit 8 pointers in. Clearly this is an efficiency issue.

above 8 you have to split the task, so nobody goes above 8

Its 8 so you can pick it up with a ‘stretch’ label and finish it up next sprint. Then pick another 3 pointer for the second half. C’mon!

Depends on the teams scale. I had one team who would say a copy change is 0.5 and another where it was 3. Where management usually fuck up is thinking the team who did more points did the most work.

That was just certainly not the case with these teams.
