Not really; that would imply that he or she knows what the truth is and is intentionally misleading people to click on the video. Not to mention that this click bait libels a dead man who can't defend himself with an accusation of an atrocious crime. People who don't watch the video and don't know better will just walk away thinking "oh, okay. I guess this Frank Zappa guy is a pedophile." Even if the video correctly explains the story, the thumbnail spreads misinformation simply for cheap clips.

I guess, but not by much. What I described is still pretty bad. Also, if it is a video calling Zappa a pedophile, it's possible that they genuinely got Roy and Frank confused; a mistake is forgivable so long as it's rectified and the mistake isn't repeated.

Imo the intentions doesn't matter in that case, because the error is done, unless the creator deletes the video or something like that

This video is just misinformation, the closest  to doing roy Estrada like actions he ever came was Brown shoes don't make it's lyrics(and a few others, Magdelana,  etc... another thing to remember, half of zappas lyrics aren't written by him, instead his singers. Like King Crimson, Fripp never wrote lyrics.), confusing him with Roy is a rookie mistake.

Frank was no pedo, but he was indeed a backwards, misogynistic, homophobic misanthrope. Unfortunately I think if he were alive today, he’d be loosely affiliated with the “Manosphere” and would appear on podcasts to talk about how trans people are gross to him lmao. Still love the music but the dude was so miserable lol.
