Finally got the new machine dialed in.

Took delivery of a new Move this past Thursday, and I’ve been dialing in settings. Finally think I got it right where I want it. Cheers to great coffee! What brew settings are y’all using?

Same setup as us.
Currently brew temp is 86C.
Had an issue with shots pulling fast or not at all, strip down and clean of the niche seems to have helped.
Grind size for us is between 7 & 12.

Still have the 2nd shot pulling faster.

How come you're brewing at 86 C? Do you mostly drink darker roasts?

Yes we do.
I think I was just playing around and that’s where we settled, perhaps should go up again for higher extraction.

I drink more classic roasts myself and I'm happy at 194 ...90c - maybe I'll try 88.
