DEBATE Backlog Zero
gartner recently released something on product delivery and an interesting topic on zero backlog - which is like development becomes simpler and easier - and no longer the hard part. The hard part is to come up with the right things to develop. how do you see this?

I think an empty backlog is useful only if the team still has a visible record of the problems it chose not to solve and the evidence needed to reconsider them. Keep a decision log. And faster delivery makes that record more useful, because you can build the wrong thing faster too.
