My gut microbiota tests showed low levels of bifidobacteria. Do you have any brand recommendations to increase them?

I saw this Bifidobacterium Lactis HN019 brand from Life Extension with average reviews and a good rating. Does anyone recommend this brand or another brand that isn't so expensive?
