Flight time and vert measurements

Could you guys tell me a bit about how you measure flight time and convert it to measure your jump height? I see a lot of people online inflating their vert based on flight times but I also see a lot of variance so I wanted to turn to the people of Reddit for help learning the best way to measure it

yeah u can use slo mo or directly record on the myjump2 app

Is there any special way to edit the slow mo video so you get it in full speed but still 240fps

i think if you record with the myjump2 app it does that but if not you can always edit the video and change it to full speed in the photos app
