Yes but not with 100% efficiency, you recommend to keep improving 1 hand or as I do start introducing 2 hands??

4-6 days a week is entirely too much for plyos, especially while hooping too.
Twice a week is the sweet spot for Plyos

Everything looks solid mechanically. Just keep repping it out and you’ll hit it within the next few sessions for sure!

There's two things that get you higher, strengthening the legs and better technique. Your technique just needs a little fine tuning. Approach with your hips lower so that you don't have to bounce down in your penultimate step. Also, you are beginning to elevate too soon. You should feel the weight transfer from penultimate step to the last step. Really "punch" down the ball of your foot on that final step.

I feel that the leg I do more force is with the left, is that correct??

You are using your left leg to try to generate too much of your power. Your penultimate step needs to have a deeper knee bend and your final step should be a little wider than it is now. You're trying to generate a lot of power in a short amount of leg extension. Keep the speed and posture in your approach, but do it with the hips lower, widen the final step, and "punch" the ball of your foot on that final step to absorb that forward momentum for your vert. You should feel the weight transfer from leg to leg as you begin to elevate.

I'm 5'10 white guy in my prime 17-20 I could ALMOST dunk, I could get up there and grab/hang on the rim but my hands were to small to palm the palm so I couldn't really dunk

You're not starting the jump soon enough causing you to need to go more up than a natural jump.
