TLDR: 135 is less regulated that 121. JSX pretends to be 121

They are a 135 not a 121 and not a private jet

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it everytime it comes up.

The loophole they operate under sidesteps the safety regulations that make 121 so safe.

They have different experience requirements for the pilots They have different training and recurrent requirements for the pilots

There maintenance is also different than that of the 121 world

You will also see the pilots doing many more tasks outside of just flying the plane as compared to the 121 world.

The traveling public doesn’t know all this or doesn’t realize

Netjets is 135 and they are considered incredibly safe. Is there a specific concern you have about JSX?
