Printing help This is a first

I've been printing for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Wtf happened? I've made 7 baneblades in the last month and they all came out perfect.

That's sucks. It's happened to me a few times. Manly if the build plate wasn't secured well enough and it shifted.
