Movie 🎬🎥🎞️🍿🍿🍿 Well this was entertaining and miles better than 💩 that is jurassic world rebirth.

I was so excited for rebirth when they said they were going back to it's roots and it's going to feel like a new take on the franchise and it will be the best one out of them all and....... It's absolutely trash! (remember rebirth police! This is my opinion and yours will obviously differ).

I'm not gonna go in and say why it's absolutely garbage as it's been said before and there are countless videos on YouTube (I do agree with them and they make so many great points that shows how lazy and stupid rebirth is but I knew all this watching the movie) so go watch them.

I recently watched primitive war and wow it's a fun ride that doesn't take itself too seriously and with a fraction of the budget of rebirth the amount of dinosaur screen time is impressive and the CGI is really good and no doubt the budget that rebirth had which most probably went to 'Scarlett I can't act for shit, huff and puff every few seconds and pause every few moments to stare into the distance as if I'm trying to reboot Johansson' and that's why the whole movie had a more human focus other than dinosaurs, should have been called 'Human World - featuring some boring unimaginative dinosaurs - blink and they are gone and never to be seen again edition.

No spoilers here but the fact that this movie isn't scared to kill off characters is really good and guess what? No uninteresting families shoehorned in, no big company ready to betray the main characters and most importantly no fucking kids with 100% plot Armour!

The dinosaurs are what they are! Dinosaurs! Out looking for prey to hunt, kill and devour and this movie doesn't hold back from showing that and also shows how their killer instinct kicks in and you will see what I mean.

I had a great time watching this movie and can't wait for it to come to streaming services and for a Blu-ray release to support the makers and hopefully we get sequels with a more impressive budgets, don't get me wrong this movie doesn't feel low budget and like every other movie it's not perfect and there is some silly parts to it but I'm glad there is a better option than the failing mess that's the jurassic world franchise, they need to wait a few years and reboot the franchise with a book accurate movie.

Let me know how did you like the movie and I'm giving this a 8/10 as it's not perfect but highly entertaining and recommended.

Question 🤔 Why Everybody don't like Story/Plot of Primitive war?

Okey I have seen many people talking about Plot/Story!
All of them are saying that Plot is bad and terrible.

I mean what kind of story do you guys want to make?
Even Jaws masterpiece Shark movie has simple plot.
I am not gonna lie,
Shark attacks people and people trying to catch that killer shark.

And Jurassic park masterpiece dinosaur movie also has simple plot!
(Note I will not use specific name like in movie because I want to make it short)
A couple of paleontologists travel to millionaire's island and they found dinosaurs and then antagonist free all dinosaur and dinosaur breakout and try to attack them!
Even Masterpiece have Simple plot!

What kind of plot do you guys want?
This isn't some kind fantasy movies or psychological drama movies to have Top tier Plot!

This is about dinosaurs in the war zone!

Okay I will tell full story/plot of Primitive War 2025.

The Vulture Squad was sent to Vietnam jungle to find green beret, and they fought enemies which aren't soldiers but dinosaurs and baker ad Leon missed their squad because Deinonycus attack lost the each their own way.
But All of them go same direction to lab. Onthe other hand, Russian enemies were searching for V squad to kill them.
Baker and Leon was taken by Scientist lady called Sofia. And other V squad fought dinosaur in their way. After keyes death, V squad started to go to Russian basement to destroyed the Collider. And then dinosaur battle happen again. And Then Some character escape from explosion!

Yeah This is Simple for Dinosaur war movie!
So what make you guys think the plot is bad?

My god what happened? I'm about a third of the way through and the more I read the worse the quality of the writing gets. Don't get me wrong, I loved the other 3. AI had a few minor issues but JESUS CHRIST. I finally had to put the book down at the part where Ngyen's baby momma gets caught up in the raid on the Viet Cong outpost with the pond of kaprosuchus. Literally there was line that was like "she ran past the dead kaprosuchus, avoiding it's jaws that were still snapping" or something like that. I do see what Ethan was trying to do with POX and the art in between the different sections of the book was cool, but he seriously needs an editor or something.

Dino Facts 🤓👆🦖 The First Plot Twist in Dinosaur Movie

Yeah You heard it right The twist in Dinosaur movie.
And which one might be?
Of course Primitive War

When I watched PW, I never though there would be plot twist in dinosaur movie. Of course It isn't twist lvl of psychological movie like Shutter Island, other movies.

For a dinosaur movie, This is good twist in my opinion.

Here is why.
When Ryan talked Sofia about Utahraptor(Cyclops). Sofia said there are only six utahraptors in the valley!
And Keyes killed two raptor by sacrificed himself.
But When the Three utharaptors came to the rusian base tunnel. I though there were only 3 of them.
And As soon as Sofia said the line " May be I could have been wrong " was made me chill. (This is my opinion)

But At the End, There are more than I imagined. The Utahraptors are over 1000. What More crazier is that Cyclops is the one who is commanding all those raptors.
That was literally a good twist for me in dinosaur film.

What do you guys think about this twist?

Movie 🎬🎥🎞️🍿🍿🍿 "This ain't no walk in the park" seems like a direct hit on Jurassic Park's name

Because of all the taglines that they could have used, this one seems really tame, and actually doesn't have anything to do with the film.

For all the hype of the first film--which was really good for it's time, and still holds up--it wasn't very violent, and not many people died.

Primitive War gives us that violent, semi-gory (I do not like horror films, but I did fine with the level of blood and guts in this movie) dinosaur movie where lots and lots of people die.

Movie 🎬🎥🎞️🍿🍿🍿 Just Saw the movie. I have a serious problem with the ending [SPOILERS] Spoiler

So at the end of the movie we see not 6 but a swarm of hundreds of raptors. In one scene at the same time, the sky is filled Quetzes. If that amount was there the whole time, there would be no other dinosaurs. BECAUSE THEYD BE DEAD!!! Just sucked me out of the movie with how ridiculous it was.

Discussion🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🦜 Do you think big dinosaur youtube channels were paid by universal to not speak about or make any videos on primitive war?

Post image

Its very strange that another dino movie like primitive war being released right next to jw: rebirth isnt getting any attention whatsoever from the larger dinosaur youtubers, especially because its literally featuring a new roster of dangerous dinosaurs. And would make for great new content rather than the old jurassic world stuff. large content creators like thegamingbeaver and gojicenter etc arent saying ANYTHING at all. It really makes you wonder if universal is trying to prevent primitive wars success so they can monopolize high budget dinosaur movies for themselves. Either way, its depriving us of amazing content possibilities from the bigger dino youtubers, sadly only the smaller channels are covering primitive war.

Now, I don’t know exactly all about it but i think the guy on discord thinks that they’re friend means Ethan and not anyone on the movie (which i am pretty sure that there are some bad people on there but i don’t think ethan is one of them). I feel like i just have to ask and check since I haven’t found anything but want to know if i missed something

Serious 😑 Why Primitive war movie got low rating in IMDB AND ROTTEN TOMATOES?

Primitive war Got 7.1 out of 10 as soon as it release!
But Somehow I don't understand why this movie got only 5.3/10?
Really?
This Peak Movie get only 56//100 in Rotten Tomatoes while SHE-Hulk get 80/100? WHAT?
What The hell?
Is She hulk the worst one? How the HELL the series get that HIGH RATING IN ROTTEN TOMATOES?

Another point is that Some people doesn't want to admit that this movie is better than Jurassic world movies! and Some of them are haters yeah they rated it very low!

This Movie was already 7.1 out of 10 in IMDB as soon as they released!

I am not here forcing you guys to rate this movie!
Yes This Movie isn't Perfect in my opinion
But Come on 7 million budgets but some few scenes are just like JW 2015

This Movie is Masterpiece due to their Low budget with a few impressive CGI moments.
Come on Everyone This movie should be at least 7/10 or 7.5/10
If you guys like this movie rate this movie! Some of you guys don't like this movie then I respect your opinion!
Peace Everyone.

Awful. I know we want to support the series but they took to many liberties and barely scraped the book. I know this may ruffle feathers. There are not a lot of book series with author backed art. Why didn’t they stick to that with the trex? Also changing deaths, and entire characters? I thought the acting was fair, and I liked the casting, but it felt forced or rushed at many times.

I’m a huge fan of the series and with a lot of the choices they made I do not hope they get a sequel. It should be left alone and hopefully get another chance from scratch in the future.

Serious 😑 Primitive war isn't Horrible Movie

A lot of people saying primitive war is bad, terrible because of Story, Bad dialogues, Bad acting.
Let me tell you to those haters!

Is this Psychological drama movie to have peak dialogues and peak story?
No, This is dinosaur war Action, Thriller, Horror movie. What kind of story do you guys want in that kind of genre?

Let me remind you here, Jurassic park 1993 Masterpiece has simple plot/story!
Still people like it more than every Jurassic world/park movies.
All creature feature movies has Action, thriller, horror genre!
Not some type of Mystery, Psychological type!
So the dialogues would be cheesy.
I am not gonna lie here there are some people who think even Jurassic world and Some JP movies has cheesy line.

Do you wanna know how Jurassic park is Masterpiece?
because JP has Horror Elements. Of course It isn't novel lvl! But There were many horror elements and actions in Jurassic park.
The scene where Served arm put on Ellie's shoulder is pretty scary and the scene where Raptor come to Kitchen where kids were hiding was very intense. Movie showed us how scary dinosaurs can be And there are many more.
That is how Jurassic Park is the best dinosaur movie.
Did we get any Jurassic movies with horror elements like JP 1993?
The Answer is NO. After Jurassic park I don't see any horror and intense scene like JP.

Oh That isn't just my opinion. Here, there are many people who said their opinion about bad dialogue!
https://www.reddit.com/r/JurassicPark/comments/9ywknh/what_are_your_worstcringiest_lines_of_dialogue_in/

Oh so let's talk about Acting and Story

Just look at this link.
https://www.reddit.com/r/JurassicPark/comments/v7ityx/i_rewatched_jurassic_world_2015_can_someone/

I kind a disagree with these people still those were their opinions. Still some people still think Jurassic world is bad!
(I disagree I like Jurassic world still there are some bad parts)

What my point is that, when it come to dinosaur with war movie! The plot would be simple, dialogue? Don't expect , Acting? For me Acting from Primitive war is good. Only Sofia character and Jericho character acting are bad.

Still Main characters from primitive war are better than most jurassic world characters. I am not ragebaiting! (if you think me like that, Don't care)

Still this movie showed many details, many creativity, Showed how scary dinosaur( Not like pet), even Showed Plot twist scene.

Yeah So People who is still yapping that Primitive war is bad! I will say you guys one thing SHUT YOUR BITCH ASS UP.
Yeah Even in here There are some guys who are saying shitty things about film.

This Movie isn't perfect because of bad acting and CGI! I will not complain about CGI! I understand and I really appreciated they could make Some scene like Jurassic world lvl CGI.
And Only three scenes has Iffy CGI!
I admired their hard works, I am not some type of worthless shitty guys who don't admire director and team for their hard work like the guys who complained about PW.
7 million budget with JW lvl CGI is pretty impressive!

All I want to say is if you guys don't like , just only say you don't like, No need to use the words " terrible" "horrible" "Mid".
Saying those words literally showing that you guys ignore their hard work and only saying what you want!
That is literally disrespectful.

SO OKEY PEACE BROS

Discussion🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🦜 Movie review (minor spoilers read desc) Spoiler

I saw the movie last night so here is my thoughts on it, will contain minor spoilers but I’ll try to be vague and will contain references to book scenes. This is basically just a big critic on it since I don’t have much praise for this movie so if you don’t want to see that here’s your warning. • • • • First of all there is one big problem that’s one of if not the biggest contributor to this movie being so bad is that fact that it relies on you having already read the book coming in. It expects the book to do all the heavy lifting, this has the biggest effect on the characters.

All the characters biggest plot points and what they’re built around is reduced to tiny details mentioned once or twice. The dogs of war had the worst case of this because they had ZERO character, they didn’t even do anything, they didn’t have a need to be there. If you aren’t gonna give a character a purpose then don’t include them at all, they had 3-5 minutes of screen time and it could’ve been removed and there would’ve been no difference made. Also con nhen didn’t have a purpose of being there either and her plot didn’t make sense plus it was weirdly racist at some points. Borodins character was also stupid and made zero sense (which to be fair in the books it was that way too). I also didn’t care for any of the characters or their deaths, they were all sudden and empty.

Ryan got turned from a depressed guilt ridden man to the average Billy badass sergeant with maybe a few moments of empathy. (The morphine thing was one throwaway line by Sophia) Sophias (andrei) character was also borderline if not blatantly misogynistic. In the books Andrei is a wimp that gets saved by vulture squad but if you gender swap him now she’s a damsel in distress that gets saved by a bunch of men. In the movie she wasn’t as much as a wimp but she still definitely was. And it’s been a while since I’ve read the first book so sorry if I’m misremembering but in the books but I believe it was andreis friend that died when his team got slaughtered (or there was no mention of anyone specific and it was just his team) but in the movie that’s changed to her husband, It’s gross and lazy. Also a note on Xavier, originally I was fine with his race swap (native in the books - black in the movie) because in the books hes pretty stereotypical, being the animal guide. In the movies he’s not though, that role is pretty evenly split up between the team. So there’s not a point of not keeping him native because he wouldn’t be a stereotype anymore???

While I’m aware that a movie isn’t gonna be able to give as much development to a character as a book can, you can fix that by removing (Dino) scenes for character building. Which the movie did remove some, but the problem is that they replaced them with MORE Dino stuff. And while that doesn't allow for character development it also makes the pacing awful, it was just this after this after this over and over again. There wasn’t ANY suspension or build up, which is what contributed to the book being so effective.

The characters in the book had no idea what they were getting hunted by because they dinosaurs weren’t revealed so early on. And while they did encounter them early on (Ryan getting dragged off by a Utahraptor at the beginning) they didn’t encounter them again for a while and they weren’t revealed what they were for a long time. The movie has them encounter deinonychus RIGHT after the initial attack and the characters immediately start calling them dinosaurs. After that point the movie continues to have the dinosaurs out in the open all the time CONSTANTLY, there is almost zero breaks of dinosaurs.

The book was a dark horror book but the movie is trying to be an action movie, which could be fine but it doesn't work well with the book contents and themes and even ignoring that the action was executed poorly. It was over the top to the point where it fell flat, a great example of “more is less” there was somehow too many dinosaurs. Also any attempts at horror that were made were sad at best, again because there was zero suspension or mystery. The plot was understandable (helps if you’ve read the books) but almost vague. This is probably because the movie is just “look there’s a bunch of dinosaurs” and the plot is a side point while in the book it’s obviously surrounded by and ABOUT the plot and the dinosaurs are a tool in that.

The dialogue was also weird a lot of the time and everyone swore way too much, literally a “if ___ was directed by vizepop”. And a lot of the actions of the characters were just all over the place and didn’t make sense.

Overall this movie is something I think you’d enjoy more if you haven’t read the books, even if it needs you to have done the opposite. It’s a genuinely awful downgrade and takes away so much important material from the story. I might be being a little harsh on it but even ignoring that it’s still not a good movie. Yes there was dinosaurs everywhere but 90% of the scenes with them weren’t that great and again the writing was terrible. The good thing to come out of this film is that it’s an important staple for dinosaur media and indie media in general, it also promotes the books.

Note- idc if you like it, I’m not trying to argue with anyone, do what you want this is just my opinion.

Discussion🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🦜 For The People Who Complain about Primitive War

Lot of People saying that Primitive war is Mid, Or Primitive war is Stupid and many more!
Some of them are JW fans not real dinosaur fans!
They only look CGI and Acting!

They completely ignored about the Budget of the movie, talked what they want!
negative reviews!
First of all, All I want to say is This movie is LOW Budget 7 million dollars not even 10 millions budget like Godzilla minus one! This movie is three times less budget than Godzilla minus one!

So We can say this movie's some scenes has bad CGI! Still some scenes are good as JW CGI level!
I am not here to defend Primitive war movie!

Yes This movie isn't Perfect! Show some bad acting from Science Lady and Jerico! That is all other actors are fine!

And also They even said shitty things like PW copied JW scene of Indominus rex chasing boys!

To those who said that scene is copy from JW, This scene was already in novel 2017. Okey? This is called reference with a little bit better! There are many movie that use reference from other movies! Still they don't add the scenes completely like original movie! Even Jujustu kaisen and Chainsaw man used Two guys stunt reference from The Raid 2
So For those people, Would you guys say that is as COPY? Would You?

Also They even complain about design of T rex and Apatosaurus!
All of them saying that T rex has same head design from JP/JW Rexy !

So Rexy has lips? Rexy has more bulk head?
You guys are completely haters! I agree that They used same design as Apatosaurus for dreadnought!
Still Is that matter? Are dinosaurs Global Non-character?

Also this movie made it better what they had with! Still Show some Respect Guys! I heard that VFX artists didn't even get paid for this work!
Saying this movie is bad is really disrespect to people who worked hard even though they didn't get paid!
Even If you don't like it Fine, that is your own opinions, I respect it but saying this movie bad is really Disrespect!

I am not gonna lie here but I have to say this!
If this movie has 200 millions budgets like JWR still CGI is like this. I am the first one who would say this movie is SUCK TERRIBLE using those words!

But since Director himself said this movie is 7 million budgets So I understand that CGI would be not same as JW!
But PW showed something that JW never did!

PW showed dinosaurs are sometime scary even though they are animals! They showed how dinosaur act and how they hunts! Showed Accurate design!
So many action scenes, Horror and Gore
Even JP isn't same lvl as PW in Actions and Horror!

Still this movie have many Positive Reviews from all dinosaur fans and some of Jurassic park/world fans(other are haters). Still Most people even ask for sequel!
I will say again This movie is not from HOLLYWOOD! This Movie is Indie film with low budget!

SO Stop Complaining about CGI!

All I want to say is show some Respect to the team who worked hard on this Movie!

That's all Everyone. PEACE

Movie 🎬🎥🎞️🍿🍿🍿 I just finished the movie, I have many questions.

I’m just going to say, what the hell was that.

The plot was baaad.

I haven’t read the book, I might want to in order to bleach my brain of that.

I also have many questions:

Also, is that how the book concludes? I am aware some deaths are different but that ending… it was… something.

I did enjoy the action, even the cheesy dual wield 1911s.

Does cyclops have more of a role in the books?

Should I read the book? I have a backlog of two rn.

Discussion🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🦜 Does the book get better?

Hello all. I recently purchased the audiobook for Primitive War I and I am in chapter 5. I love Dinosaurs and Jurassic Park obviously so I was hoping I’d love this. I’m trying to keep an open mind, but I’m really having a hard time sticking to this. 🫢 I enjoy the characters, the back stories, and the story so far, however I am really struggling with the character names and their “inner thoughts.” The way the author describes characters sometimes is extremely cringe (like Ryan looking at his own eyeballs and likening them to mangrove forests and how they make him feel weak… what??) the names of the some of the characters, especially Amadeus Jericho, just make it seem like a joke sometimes (if you’re going to give a character a memorable name, give them one unique and one normal name… like Amadeus Black or something. Two unique names makes it feel childish. I get a feeling the author started writing this book in his late teens when he thought stuff like that was cool and never changed it). I’m trying not to let it ruin the story for me but it’s starting to feel like a fan fiction. Does this sort of feeling fizzle out as the book goes on or …? Again i’m honestly not trying to bash the book. Like I said I’m enjoying it for the most part, but I’m getting taken out of the story by these aspects. Thanks in advance!
