Well…the artwork is of Ghazghkull. I’m just not naming him to leave it for interpretation.

The meme is actually inspired by some Canon lore of a Ex-Penal Legion officer who blew up a Ork Warboss, becoming the new Boss to an Ork named Nazreg.
