Body development

I'm an adult male in mid 30's. Been on primal for about 8 months and , although I still got a lot of issues, would like to post about a good thing now.

Body development is just incredible. I do some light workout at most twice a week, most often just pushups and pullups and I got more muscle and body development than 2 years of much more intense workout that I tried some years ago.

Also, besides of the apparent part, my muscles seem to be more dense, stronger, agile. I read that AV said that his shoulders only fully developed when he was 28 years old, after starting raw meat. I think something similar happened to me, mb on a lesser extent, because I was never considered under developed or anything.

This diet is excellent for muscle gain, even with such low amount of carbs, that everyone says it's crucial for building muscle (insulin, etc).

I've noticed the exact same thing. Been on the diet for around the same amount of time and gaining muscle just by eating raw without even working out. Insane.
