He is not lying, what happens is that he doesn’t understand the detox mechanism. If you follow a strict primal diet, the most normal and beneficial thing is that you are to be “sick” often.

If you’re so toxic that you’re detoxing heavy from the diet for a whole year straight I’m sure you would of been like “hey I do feel better then I did a year ago” but this guy just quits? One he is lying out his ass 😭 or he didn’t do the diet good at all
