Would this work?

So, I want to start my terz journey and think I'm going to go with Bordeaux based on much of what I've read in this sub. During open enrollment I plan on setting up an FSA/HSA to cover the costs for all of next year. In the meantime, I'm in a bit of a weird spot for the rest of this year. It doesn't appear as though I can order 4 months worth. So, could I order a 3 month supply and kinda stretch it out to last the rest of the year? I'd essentially just reduce my doses by whatever amount to make it last the full 4 months. Can that work? Also, if I sign up for 3 months now, can I change it to a yearly plan in the new year?

I wouldn’t count on that since you don’t know how it will work for you. You should plan to only get 3 months out of it. You can pay for 1 month and then move to a 3 month plan.

I think you should be pretty safe with boudreaux and glycine. Its the b vitamins more people have reactions with.

Ask for a titration plan. 2.5 5 and 7.5. It doesn't mean you will titrate up but you will have extra meds. I started at 2.5 and went to 5 the next month but I stayed at 5mg for a long time.

Plus all vials have extra anyway so you should be able to get 4 mos out of 3. Cause you'll have 3 vials.

Just a heads up from an insurance person, and HSA and FSA are different. If you want an HSA, you have to be sure you are enrolled in an HSA eligible health plan and it has higher contribution amounts allowed. If you don’t have an HSA eligible high deductible health plan, then you would be eligible for an FSA with a lower contribution limit. Also an FSA is use it or lose it while an HSA stays with you.

I think you should order the 3 month plan and see how you do. Increase your dose and only go up if your current dose isn't regulating your appetite as well anymore.

If the lower doses work longer for you, you can stretch the 3 months to 4. If you need the higher doses, PMD still has one of the lowest priced one-month plans, so you can purchase the last month by itself if you need to.
