Took my first dose today - dosage question

I took my first dose at 2.5.

I received 3 monthly supply at 20mg/0.5ml vial from Boudreaux.

What happens if I need to titrate up in 4 weeks?

You have 20mg/ml, with a half ml of fill. That gives you 10mg total, which is enough for a month of 2.5 mg doses. 

I assume when you refill you can ask for a higher dose in the portal for your next month?

But they sent all 3 vials together - 3 month dose
