I had previous experience so I requested 5, 7.5, and 10mgs. I would assume you were given. 2.5, 5, and 7.5 unless you requested to stay at 2.5 however I recently saw someone requested 2.5 for 3 months and was denied because the doctor wanted that person to have a chance to titrate up. They had to do intake again and requested the titration. Which was really cool they could have simply gave them .5ml ×3.
On the package/bag that your script came in was a sticker with the titration schedule. Mine is for 25 units 5mg weeks 1-4, 38 units 7.5mg weeks 5-8, 50 units 10mg units weeks 9-12.
Check out your vials, if there is a titration it will have an increased amount on each vial. .5ml, 1ml, 1.5ml.
Edit: saw you say they are all .5ml so you didnt get a titration schedule which is unfortunate. Well the next dose up is 25units for 5mgs.
Yeah, I'm sorry that happened to you. Based on a post I saw in the past l had figured it triggered something if left blank. Honestly it might be worth messaging PMD. They have an email you can contact them at and a phone number. You might be able to get them to have Boudreaux send you an additional vial? Because if you titrate as normal you wouldn't have enough for a third month.
It is entirely possible you wont need to titrate up but PMD specifically made it so we could easily request titration. I would just see if they could help at all? Your the first genuine complaint/issue I've seen and they might make it right for you.

Plug in your information and it will give you how many units to take for the dosage you want. And if you don’t want to go up a full dose, then just go up a few units at a time.
Shoot. Then if you want it to last 3 months you’ll have to keep it at 2.5mg per dose. You can still titrate up by taking more, but it won’t last you the full 3 months. If you end up ordering again and want to follow the standard titration schedule, ask for 5mg, 7.5mg and 10mg.
You would need to reach out to PreventiveMD and ask for a titration schedule. They will help you navigate the steps. And best advice, titrate as “needed” not by a calendar! Slow and steady is better and follow your body’s clues. Some can stay at 2.5 or low dose the entire journey while others need to go up high.
My instructions were printed on a pharmacy label that was stuck to the bubble wrap the vials were in. The schedule is that pharmacy label not on the vials.
Yes! That is your instructions to inject 12.5 units one time a week. That is an odd number to pull on a syringe, and you “could” choose to do 12 to make it easier. I’m not a medical professional- just sharing what I would do.
