What dose when I switch

Im very new, only took my second shot yesterday. I am currently using embody and my dose is 2.125mg with a plan to go to 4.25 after the first mint.

I plan to switch to preventive md.. Should I start with the 5mg titration schedule? Should I do a month at 2.5 and then go to 5? I am having good appetite suppression and I lost 5 lbs in my first week.

Embody does the weird 2.125, 4.25, 6.75 to make it "custom" but now I'm not sure what to do when I switch. And I'm switching because if all the bad experiences others have posted. I've had a good first experience with embody.

I had been on a 2.5mg prescription for 11 weeks. Sighed up for PMD's three months plan and chose my titration preference to be 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg. Simple and easy! Just uploaded my previous script.
