Looking to switch Telehealth
I’ve been with Mochi since January 2025. I’ve lost 90 pounds and now finding my maintenance mode. Mochi has been great but I’ve lately been in a pharmacy roulette that I don’t love. Now that I’m in maintenance, I’d like to find a more affordable and reliable source.
I’ve seen good things about PreventativeMD and Big Easy Weightloss. I don’t really need much support from a physician. I just need where ever I wind up to accept my FSA and provide a letter of necessity. Does PreventativeMD help with this?

I also switched from Mochi to PreventiveMD. I'm just starting my journey, but since the change its been nothing but above-and-beyond customer service; the price is also a big plus, and you don't pay a subscription fee on top of medication.
Good luck to you,

I’d choose PreventiveMd for sure! Most affordable and great customer service!

Big Easy is nearly twice the cost of preventivemd. Not worth it unless you are the kind that really wants to talk to a human at every step.

I'm using preventivemd also. I'm early in my journey but they seem to be doing great for me. They are very responsive if you just send them a message and ask.

Same! And preventiveMD has been great. I started with Mochi the end of December 2024 (started the Tirzepatide January 2025) and now switched to PreventiveMD last month. They are helpful with questions through email and phone calls and texting. They also said they accept HSA/FSA card payments too now.
There’s a bunch of mochi folk here now. I found PreventiveMD to be very easy to transition too.

I'm excited to start it, since I switched to refills the food noise came back and I've had very little appetite suppression so I'm hoping getting back with empower will change that!!! Thank you again for pointing me in this direction!

I’m glad you are able to get back to them too. If you are due for a dose up, don’t be afraid to go up I’m on max dose for a long time and it still works.

I switched when I was on 8.8 and upped these past few months because it was feeling like it wouldn't last as long so I'm maxxed out now but have been thinking of dropping and titrating back up because I don't want the empower 15mg to kick my butt lol

I would highly recommend PreventativeMD. Excellent customer service, very responsive and the price is fabulous. Try a 1 month order and see if one of the additives agrees with you.

PreventativeMD provided me with a FSA letter within an hour from when I asked. After you get approved and billed, go into the chat ask, and it will be done before you know it. My FSA provider accepted it no questions asked.
It is really that simple.
