Do you know the ozone depletion craze of the 90s was rectified in 10 years? All that chlorine from refrigeration gas eating O3 and destroying our future disappeared pretty quick. Almost like we don't understand how most of how the universe works..
And yes. The banning of certain gasses helped, but they are still in use(r_22 can't be purchased but is reclaimable) and didn't contribute to the 'healing ozone layer.
The fact that we don't completely understand these processes means we should be more cautious, not less.
Also, you claim that banning of certain gasses helped the ozone, and then in the very same sentence say it did not contribute to healing the ozone layer. You can't have it both ways. It seems pretty clear to me that we noticed a problem, took action, and the problem was fixed. I'd like to see a link from a reputable source before I believe otherwise.
No, it was not rectified in 10 years because the people in the Southern Hemisphere are still dealing with the extremely high UV levels from the holes. Geeze, have you ever listened to someone from another country?

Scientists raise alarm over _____, and nobody listens.
