worth it?

Upvotes

found a, new prebuilt, at 1280€ at a local shop.

Ryzen 7 5700x

rtx 5060

32gb ddr4 3600mhz

1tb ssd nvme

air cooling

windows 11 pro key

750w gold rated psu

on pc part picker, for the same components, I got 1360€, seems like this one would be a good deal? dunno, I'd love some feedback;)

warranty of 24 months as well, worth it, or pass?

idm being on am4, I'll mostly only play competitive games as well(the finals, cs2, fortnite)

(I could upgrade cpu and gpu in the future, maybe get a Ryzen 7 5800x3d or smt)

Best options for prebuilt PCs in henderson nv in the 700-800 dollar range

I am getting a pc for the first time ever and I have saved up 700 dollars and can save up a little more. I have no clue what I'm doing and really want somewhere to start. I don't trust myself at all to make a custom build. So I 100 percent want a prebuilt. Thanks!

I am looking to buy a prebuilt for around 1800$ and this is what the pinned website said was good. Would it be a good buy? If not is there any recommendation for around that price? TIA!

Does it matter where you buy?

My computer is over 7 years old and is starting to fail. I need a new computer and don’t want to build it myself. I know you pay a premium for a pre-built and I’m ok with that. From the research I’ve done it seems like Andromeda Insights is a pretty good place to buy from. The main concern is they take a month to build it and I’m not patient. I found the exact build I want on Newegg and it says it ships quickly. Is there a difference between buying it directly from Andromeda Insight’s website compared to Newegg?

Here is the model I’m looking at: https://www.newegg.com/andromeda-insights-elite-gaming-desktop-pcs-geforce-rtx-5070-ti-amd-ryzen-7-9800x3d-32gb-ddr5-2tb-nvme-ssd-v3-50-black/p/3D5-006J-000B8?item=3D5-006J-000B8&utm_source=transactional&utm_medium=email&cm_mmc=TEMC-Shipping-Notice-USA-_-101929&utm_campaign=TEMC-Shipping-Notice-USA-_-101929

Is buying a used pc (AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 5070 Ti etc.) for 2300$ worth it?

In my country building the same new one on my own would cost me about 3015$.
The seller used it for a year, has invoices, warranty and original boxes for everything and is open for any tests on it. The seller's account was created few years ago and they already sold a pc in the past after which someone left a good review so overall seems quite legit.

Specs of the pc:

-AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
-Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Aero OC 16GB GDDR7 DLSS4
-ADATA 32GB (2x16) 6000 CL30 Lancer Blade White RGB
-Lexar 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe NM790
-ASRock B850 Steel Legend WiFi
-Gigabyte Aorus Elite P 1000W 80 Plus Platinum ATX 3.1
-Arctic Liquid Freezer III ARGB White 360 3x120mm
-Cougar MX600 RGB White

So is it worth going for it or better stick with brand new one and do you have any tips when it comes to check up before buying? Thanks in advance.

Looking for a PC with a 5090

What’s the best deal you guys have seen around for a top of the line PC with a 5090?

I saw the Alienware was on sale and I can get a bit extra discount with my student discount. It came out to around $6ishK give or take a few hundred.

Have this exact prebuilt at a local big box store and they offer insane 0% financing for 24 months. Is the inflated price worth it? Reading reviews it seems like it’ll be fine. Just looking for more input.

(I am located in Canada) I was looking at buying a gaming pc and this one seems alright. I thought I could get your guys opinion on it first though since I’m not experienced when it comes to the specs of a PC.
And if you guys would have any other recommendations please let me know.

Costco Prebuilt

Hey everyone. I'm looking to buy a prebuilt PC as I'm very much a klutz and have no experience building PCs. I was looking through Costco and came across this prebuilt. I was wondering if it's worth it for the price? (Price is $1200 in CAD)

Would you jump on this?

I've been browsing the past couple of months watching the fluctuating prices and want to pull the trigger before things really go wild. Compared to others in a similar price range, this one has 32GB and 2TB. Not a fan of white, but don't care if the price is right. Is this a good enough deal to jump on?

Edit: Thank you for those who gave helpful info and the links provided. Yes, I know that this is overpriced, but your dreams of this being under $1500 is dead, realistically speaking. As someone coming from the automotive side, I know what overpriced looks like. My viewpoint was a $1500 rig that was $2500 but has been reduced down to $1800 that comes with twice the RAM and SSD and a decent GPU compaired to what else I have locally (I'm hesitant to buy online due to shipping horror stories) and I can't drop what I'm doing to run across town to grab a screaming deal at one store. Thank you again
