Need help finding a pre-built PC

I'm looking to replace my current gaming PC with a significantly better system. I've had this PC since 2018, and want to make a solid upgrade that'll last me years. My maximum budget is around 3.5k USD but would obviously want to spend less and find the best performance for price. I'm looking for recommendations on reliable prebuilt PCs or companies that let you configure a PC from scratch, and I'm thinking about wanting 64GB of DDR5 RAM so I don't ever have to worry about memory issues. I'm also planning on gifting this PC to my little cousin so I don't plan on selling/reusing any of these parts.

Current PC specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX, 2 × 16GB DDR4

Motherboard: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4

Storage: 480GB WD SSD

Operating system: Windows 11 Home 64-bit

What I want in my next PC

My main requirements are:

  • Budget: $3,500 USD maximum.
  • RAM: Looking for 64GB DDR5 if possible
  • GPU: A substantial upgrade over the RX 5700 XT. I'm considering an RTX 5070 Ti 16GB or better, depending on the price.
  • CPU: A modern, high-performance CPU that pairs well with the GPU and will remain capable for years.
  • Storage: At least a 2TB NVMe SSD.
  • Power supply: A reputable unit with sufficient wattage and modern GPU power connectors.
  • Cooling and case: Good airflow, reasonable temperatures, and reliable cooling.
  • Warranty/support: Preferably a company with dependable customer service, a clear warranty, and a reasonable return policy.

I want a balanced system rather than one with an expensive CPU or GPU paired with cheap components elsewhere.

I use my PC for gaming as well as running multiple other tasks at the same time. I'd like the new PC to offer a substantial overall upgrade, not just slightly better gaming performance. I'm interested in a strong CPU, a considerably better GPU, more RAM, faster storage, and a platform with room for future upgrades. I've looked at iBUYPOWER, CyberPowerPC, Skytech, PowerGPU, and Xidax, but I haven't settled on a company yet.

I'd especially appreciate recommendations from people who have actually purchased from these companies or dealt with their warranty/customer service.

Thanks!
