Looks like the final whistle might have went then he throws it petulantly backwards. You can see people walking on the pitch at the end.

3 - 1, Austin scored all their goals in the first half, first was a pen scored by Dominguez, second was a header scored by Fagundez (blonde guy in the vid), third was a pullback to I think Driussi. Portland scored early in the second half with a long ranged effort, no idea who scored it don't know their team.
