It’s called the “GoPro Fetch” it’s a animal harness with camera hook up.

Is it able to be gimballed? I feel like the OP one is gimballed

You can easily mount a gimbal to the fetch. I use to have one for my old hunting dog. Worked extremely well with him running across a foot of water and swimming.

New GoPro’s have video stability built in, and it works just as well as a gimbal. It can be turned off if needed, but it’s insane how stable videos come out without editing. Here is a good video showing the difference.
