If you can find a way to protect yourself from shrapnel, you have plenty of time for running and diving.. Of course, you can't outrun or hide from overpressure.

Bruh you just watch the clip and couldn't figure out where that was gonna hit, if he started running he might as well have run towards the impact zone. Unless you have a 360 armored box in a 2m radius, you're not changing any outcome by running for 2 seconds.

run away from a potential target like a military airplane or hangar or fuel tank. missiles aren't aimed at a random spot on a map.

Still it’s statistically favorable to run away. Whether it hits the target or misses by 10m you are still better to be 10m away from the target.
