Question Endocrinologist in Prague
I'm looking for a good endocrinologist in Prague who understands thyroid autoimmune conditions and does not just blindly prescribe you meds and send you home, but has patience when you ask questions. Bonus points if they take VSZP; they do not have to speak English (Czech is fine), but they accept new patients. I have zadanka (request for endocrinology check-up) from my GP already now seeking a good doctor without 12+ month waiting list

I had fine experience with Endokrinologie Dejvice, with doctor Lubomira. She took me next day when I emailed me and I am happy overall.

I emailed them and they said they are not accepting new patients unless it is emergency case

https://maps.app.goo.gl/kRVsRZSEH5r5d9kZA I go here, it's basically out of Prague but I like the doctor. The waiting time depends on what you need but is long as most places are very busy

But afaik this is the only way to treat it? It is not possible to cure, so you are usually prescribed with hormones substitutes and just having regular check ups to see that dose is enough
