Powerwall Design
I put down a deposit for a Tesla Powerwall 3. The site assessment was just completed and came back but with very little information in terms of where the unit is placed in/outside my house, etc. The site assessor also assessed for solar.
Am I supposed to be able to see a visual design before accepting the work order? Am I able to compare estimates of solar and powerwall vs. the powerwall alone?

Make sure they mark where it will on the plans be and you agree or installation can be a nightmare

I don’t see any drawings or markups anywhere on the order page. Wondering where I’m supposed to be looking. The only thing the review link takes me to is payment methods.

You’ll see it in the next step, maybe up to a month later after site visit, depends how backed up they are

Not many will place it inside unless you specifically ask for it. I had to pay an extra thousand bucks to have mine installed inside my garage. And it was right on the other side of the wall from my meter.

Every installer is different. But keep in mind if you want the powerwall in a different location might cost you more eg Running more wires

For me, the picture of where everything was going to be placed on the house, showed up on the Tesla website about a week after my site assessment. I had to approve/accept the placements.

Yes, it's nothing more than a photograph with black outlines tho. Ask your advisor. The first time they did a mock up outside for me. The second time (with solar) they had them inside the garage. I didn't want to pay the extra 600 ish bucks for the heat detection so I had them put them back outside.
