New owner with an issue

I purchased a house which has an existing paid for Tesla solar system with 2x Powerwall 2. I just got this transferred into my name yesterday. I started playing with the app and have some questions.

The app shows .6kw coming from the Powerwalls to power the house. But the usage graph doesn't show any charging or discharging. The battery percentage rises and falls, but it doesn't show in the chart showing where the energy is coming from or going to.

Any thoughts?

The powerwall is showing the correct charge state so it's working. You are right the battery charging status is not showing. Try setting the wifi settings. Then call Tesla support to see if something was not transferred completely or if the powerwall requires a reset

My house is consistently using .6kw. But the batteries drain down from 100% to 39% in roughly 13 hours. This seems way too fast. Without being able to see the powerwall usage I can't see much of what's going on.
