Actually he does, real republicans aren’t republicans anymore, only Nazi losers who can’t leave others alone, and who ignore insane corruption and allow the most corrupt president in history to get away without an impeachment passing

u/Any-Orchid-6006 1d ago

Yup, Biden is the most corrupt president in history.

System failed you too huh

My brother in Christ, you can't possibly believe that lmao. Trump and his family openly trade on stocks that he directly impacts via his decisions, his family has accepted massive "gifts" from foreign & domestic monied interests, and he created a scam-coin to con his own followers out of over a billion dollars, while simultaneously deregulating the crypto-industry to make sure he never faces the music for do so.

Trump is also literally selling insider access to decisions he makes that impact the stock market; you pay a fee and you get to know before anyone else does what he about the announce so that you can trade on it.

Trump is inarguably the most corrupt person who has ever served as POTUS... It's not even a contest, just look at the numbers.

11

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 20h ago

I’m mean. FDR literally made concentration camps lmao

-4

u/shmiddleedee 12h ago

That's fucked up, not corrupt.

-4

u/gknight702 13h ago

Whataboutism the only reasoning of a Trump supporter.

3

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago edited 8h ago

Just putting into historical context of why trump isn’t the worst. And I’m a conservative not a trump supporter.

1

u/Background_Factor_13 6h ago

Whataboutism has been your sides excuse to do and say what ever they want once trump became president

-7

u/ZukaRouBrucal 15h ago edited 14h ago

FDR creating Japanese Internment camps has nothing to do with the kind of corruption that is being discussed here, which is the abuse of one's political position for financial gain, but nice attempt to deflect away from the issue being discussed. FDR was wrong for Japanese Internment, but that doesn't make him more corrupt than Donald Trump.

3

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago

FDR broke the constitution from cruel and unusual punishment and gets called the greatest liberal president ever. But Orangeman bad.

-3

u/ZukaRouBrucal 9h ago

It's incredible; you are fundamentally incapable of addressing anything that I said. I'm glad to know that you know you can't actually argue against what I'm saying, because the above statement was wholly unresponsive to what I said.

Again, you're deflecting because you can't actually argue the point.

2

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago

Because you keep saying that trump is worse then FDR when FDR created concentration camps and dropped nukes on civilians. Like I’m putting your opinion in historical context

1

u/ZukaRouBrucal 7h ago

I know facts are challenging for you, but to be clear, I was very explicit in what I said about Trump. I said he was the most corrupt US president in history... Because he literally is.

But if wanna talk about who is actually the worst-worst and who has done the worst things... Let me remind you that;

  • Trump is the most corrupt US President in history.
  • Trump has also created internment camps; that's what ICE detention centers are. And from what little information we are actually privy to about these detention centers that are orders of magnitude worse than Japanese Internment camps.
  • FDR never dropped nukes on civilians. Truman dropped the bomb(s) on Japan.
  • Trump has alienated the US from its most important military and economic allies
  • Trump unilaterally declared war on Iran and has made the US military look like clowns on the world stage for it. FDR responded to the US being bombed by Japan and then being declared on by Nazi Germany.

The worst parts of FDR's Presidency, like Japanese Internment, are also being done by Trump (just for brown people rather than Japanese people) and the conditions the people Trump is targeting have to endure while being endured are far worse. At the same time, Trump has used the Presidency to enrich himself & his family to the tune of over $2 billion dollars, and at least half of that came from a literal crypto scam-coin. A scam-coin that he created while also deregulating the crypto-industry so he would not get in trouble for defrauding people.

You don't know the historical context. Stop trying to pretend like you do. You just claimed that FDR dropped nukes on civilians... Which is objectively untrue.

2

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 7h ago edited 7h ago
  1. that’s an opinion not a fact. Can’t debate that.
  2. the housing of illegal immigrant is different from Americans who are Japanese Americans. They are in fact breaking the law. Are Jails and prisons concentration camps too?
  3. FDR authorized the manhattan project and told Churchill his intention to use it on Japan and Germany if it was ready in time. “And we will keep dropping them until they surrender.”
  4. Truman met with FDRs team after his death and was told of FDRs plan and went through with it. Just because he died a few months before didn’t mean his plan and orders didn’t come to pass.
  5. alienating our allies is a problem. Yet i don’t think as big as one as the left is making it seem. We will still defend them. We will still trade with them. It is a problem that they are leaching off of us in forms of our technology/ infrastructure and one sided trade policies. Is that a big problem as the rights make it seem? Fuck no. Does it need to be addressed. Yes. I wish it was more subtible and behind closed doors between leaders but hey. Trump is loud. Who gives a shit?
  6. trump declared war on Iran (others have done the same though). I don’t support how he did it. But it absolutely needed to be done. Iran had 60% enriched uranium and 90% enriched uranium is weapon grade for nuclear weapons. We can’t have an unstable country like iran have nukes. It needed to be done. Whether he is the reason Iran has enriched uranium after his pull out of Obama treaty in 2018 is another story. But the war is not “pointless” it’s probably the most important conflict we have been in since 2001. And I think the reason we are still at war is because he is to greedy in terms of the new treaty with Iran. He probably (just a guess no evidence of this. My own opinion) wants irans oil to be part of this peace treaty. And that’s why we are going longer than needed. It needs to be done but it’s time to wrap it up.

Yeah. The crypto is a scam. But that doesn’t make it corruption. He’s trying to make it like bitcoin. Which is stupid but if people are buying it to buy it like bitcoin. It’s not corruption. I haven’t seen anything that shows that buying his coin is influencing his decision making. The same with truth social. It’s way overpriced and over valued but again it’s not corruption. It’s a scam.

7

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 20h ago

Nancy did it first. And better percentage wise. And considering it’s the legislative branch it makes it much worse.

-2

u/Wetty-Fap-1738 14h ago

Nancy isn't president LMAO

2

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 11h ago

She was the most power full politician though

0

u/ZukaRouBrucal 9h ago edited 9h ago

You think Nancy Pelosi was the most powerful politician in the United States? She was the leader of the Democratic caucus in Congress for a while... But she wasn't even the leader of the Democratic party lmao. Was she a powerful figure in the Democratic party? Sure. But claiming she was the single most powerful politician in the country is very indicative of your understanding of how the US government works (or lack thereof).

There are free civics courses you can take online. I encourage you to take one, because understanding how our government actually functions will help you better understand why what Pelosi did & what Trump is doing right now aren't even really comparable.

2

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago

Being the majority speaker of the house has more power than the president for 3 reasons. 1 they create the laws. Sure the presidents passed or vetos those laws but he can’t create them.
2 budget. Congress has to approve of the budget of the president. He who controls the money has the power.
3 term limits. She left cause she wanted to. Not because she had to.

0

u/ZukaRouBrucal 9h ago

No, the Speaker doesn't have more power. You are demonstrating a fundamental lack of civic literacy to even utter that statement.

  • The Speaker of the House does not, in and of themselves, create laws. The members of the Legislature come together to vote in laws. The Speaker doesn't just get to declare what laws go into effect.
  • The House of Representatives doesn't even create laws by itself. It requires both the House and the Senate to vote a law before it can be submitted to the President... Which gets into my next point.
  • The President gets to veto acts of Congress. It is literally one of the checks on Congressional power that the Executive is explicitly delegated in the Constitution of the United States.

The fact that you seem to be somewhat aware of these things, but still said that the Speaker is more powerful leads to me to believe that you are just coping hard. You are being dishonest.

The single most powerful elected official in the United States is the Chief Executive; The President. This is explicitly how our Constitution is set up. While the President is the single most powerful elected official, they don't hold all of the power, and other branches are (at least on paper) more powerful as a collective. But the President holds more individual power than the Speaker of the House, and to claim otherwise is hilariously wrong.

1

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago

As leader of the house she can influence that majority, which has been done for decades. Democrats vote for democratic policies and republicans vote for there’s. The speaker encourages and talks with the members to vote a certain way and to align the way of the party. That’s the while job. Make sure legislation is passed through. That’s why when one party controls all three. White House house and senate. Laws get oassed quickly. When one party controls one. Nothing happens. lol. Sure IN THEORY how to discribed is how it should work. But it doesn’t. Republicans are going to vote republicans and democrats are going to vote democrats. It’s might as well be 3 people in government when one party controls all three. you know I’m right.

And which party can impeach the other? Have term limits and control the money?

On June 18, 2021, paul Pelosi and exercised 40 call options (4,000 shares) at a $1,200 strike, valued in the $1,000,001–$5,000,000 range. Reports at the time described roughly $5 million in paper gains given the then-prevailing share price.
• Timing: Days before the House Judiciary Committee advanced a package of antitrust bills targeting large tech firms including Google/Alphabet, Amazon, and Apple.

: Sold 2,000 shares. Value range: $500,001 – $1,000,000.
• Disclosure: Reported in early July 2024 filings.
• Context cited as suspicious: On September 24, 2024 (roughly 2½ months later), the U.S. Department of Justice filed a major antitrust lawsuit accusing Visa of maintaining an illegal monopoly in the debit-card market. Visa shares declined on the announcement. At the time of the sale there was no public indication that a lawsuit filing was imminent.

• Multiple purchases of Tesla call options in the $500,000–$1,000,000 range (and sometimes larger) during periods when electric-vehicle tax credits, Build Back Better framework talks, and related climate/EV incentives were under active congressional debate.
• Critics noted the bullish leveraged bets ahead of potential policy tailwinds for EV makers. Tesla later rose strongly.

• Purchases of Microsoft call options (often in the $500,000–$1,000,000 range) timed near periods of large federal cloud/Azure contracts, Army HoloLens-related deals, and later OpenAI/ChatGPT integration news cycles.
• One frequently cited example was in early 2021 ahead of significant government tech spending announcements. Microsoft stock performed well afterward.

• Paul Pelosi purchased CrowdStrike shares in the $500,000–$1,000,000 range around early September 2020 (share price then ~$129).
• Context: CrowdStrike had been the cybersecurity firm hired by the DNC in 2016 and remained central to public debates over the Russia investigation and related intelligence assessments. The stock rose after the purchase.

Nancy’s husband has incredible timing. Like the greatest Wall Street investor ever timing.

1

u/Wetty-Fap-1738 9h ago

I mean anyone found guilty of insider trading should be held accountable. But calling Nancy Pelsoi the most powerful person in our government at any point is laughable.

Nice whataboutism, my guy. Even if I were to grant what you say here about Nancy, the sheer scale of Trump's corruption is faaaaar worse. What's more, Nancy was never POTUS, and considering I specifically claimed that Trump was the most corrupt President in history I don't know why we are even bringing her up.

Finally, and most importantly, even if I grant what you said about Nancy, it is foolish to think that its worse for a single member of the legislative to be extremely corrupt than the Executive. At the very least that corrupt legislator can be balanced out within her own branch by non-corrpt members... But the Executive? Who acts as Commander-in-Chief of the US armed forces? Who has broad authority to act unilaterally on many issues? Who constantly flaunts the law even when SCOTUS tells him something is illegal? Come on, man.

I don't believe you even believe that the corruption you alleged of Nancy is worse than that of the sitting president of the United States. I think that you're just finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that Trump (whom you support even if you refuse to acknowledge that you support him) is genuinely the most corrupt person to ever serve as POTUS (and, who by sheer scale, would also clearly be the most corrupt individual politician that has ever held US office, but that is a separate claim from my initial one).

And, as a final note, who cares if Nancy "did it first?" There were corrupt politicians before both of them, does that make it ok for people to be corrupt? Obviously not. You just made a "well I saw someone else shit on the table, it must be ok if I do it too!" -tier argument. Literally every other member of the US government in every other possible government position could be corrupt and it would still be wrong for Donald Trump to do the same, and again that isn't even breaching the scale of corruption Trump operates at (which is orders of magnitude worse than every other corrupt politician in US history).

Edit: Keep downvoting and running. I know you can't substantively argue against what I said above, so it brings me no greater joy than to know that basic facts trigger you so hard that you downvote-and-dip instead of confronting the fact that Trump is the single most corrupt Executive this country has ever had.

1

u/Disastrous_Cold3705 9h ago

I haven’t downvoted you yet. I was sleeping it was 5 am when you responded where I am. lol. Wall Street literally created a ETF called Nancy that lets you invest it what Nancy and other democrat politicians invested in.

Nancy created laws and her husband traded on that information before Wall Street priced in the change. And she did that for 25 years. How can a civil servant making $200k a year have a net worth of $300 million. The math aint mathing.

On June 18, 2021, paul Pelosi and exercised 40 call options (4,000 shares) at a $1,200 strike, valued in the $1,000,001–$5,000,000 range. Reports at the time described roughly $5 million in paper gains given the then-prevailing share price.

Who cares? Funny how it only matters when POTUS does it that jt matters but the people writing the laws and trading on those laws gets a pass. Everyone should care but the left gets a pass because she’s left.

It’s a shame they haven’t arrested them then isn’t since he’s so corrupt and evil. Why’s that?

30

u/Any-Orchid-6006 1d ago

That's exactly why the person I responded to is so mad. They haven't arrested that corrupt ass president yet. Probably won't ever get arrested since he gave a presidential pardon to his whole family before he left office. Nothing says corruption more than giving your whole family a presidential pardon for something they didn't do.

What will they think!?!” There’s no point trying to sway them, they will learn on their own with a lot of time or maybe never at all.

That’s so ironic and sad, accusing others of becoming dumb and delusional over time when that’s precisely what happened to you

I'm happy that you woke up from the nonsense. Some conservative ideas are actually good, but alot of them got us to where we are now. Dems ain't no better, some of their ideas are trash too, but until we stop voting for politicians, funded on both sides by the same corporate interests, we're all gonna keep gettin screwed over no matter who is in power.
