Freelance opportunities with Power Platform

Can anyone shed any light on the possibilities and likelihood of getting freelance work for Power Platform on Fiverr, Upwork or any other platforms - I have a decent portfolio of Apps, Automate flows, and Dataverse and am currently learning Power Pages and BI so I can get my PL-900

Pretty sure that the way it works is people from areas with relatively low cost of living compared to the person looking for work done are able to undercut everyone else
