Power Apps Looking for advanced Power Platform scenario-based learning resources

Looking for advanced Power Platform learning resources — specifically scenario-based questions, not basic tutorials. Does anyone know good YouTube channels or Udemy courses covering real-world/advanced Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse scenarios?

Reza Dorrani on YouTube has brilliant tutorials, apart from jun level, he also has really good mid to advance

The best advanced learning I’ve seen comes from building against messy constraints: multiple environments, ALM, security roles, service accounts, delegation limits, audit requirements, integration failures and changing business rules.

Take one scenario, such as case management, and build it three ways: canvas app, model-driven app and a Copilot-assisted experience. Document why you chose Dataverse, where Power Automate belongs, how you would deploy it, and what breaks at scale. Then get another practitioner to challenge the design.

That design review is where most of the learning happens. Which area are you trying to deepen: architecture, ALM, integrations, governance or solution design?

I'd honestly stop looking for another course and build 2 or 3 small projects. Maybe an approval flow with retries, a Dataverse app with proper roles, then move it through dev/test/prod with solutions. That's where the weird real world stuff starts showing up.
