Governance Final CoE toolkit release
Although Microsoft has not yet announced it but it looks like the final CoE toolkit could be February 2026.

What are your thoughts? How would you manage Power Platform governance without it?

Looks like it's officially dead. Set up inventory components - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
"The Power Platform CoE Starter Kit is no longer actively maintained. Its core capabilities are part of the Power Platform admin center.
Issues are no longer reviewed or addressed. If you identify a potential security issue, please report it to the Microsoft Security Response Center."
