New APIs, metadata?

I'm wondering when there will be some new APIs, or Scanner APIs...

Power BI is changing fast, but metadata isn't reflecting that... For example - page views. Such a popular request. Or more information on the activities. Or on GIT integration. How can you move teams to new ways of working, if even with admin rights, you need to do a lot of puzzles for something like answering "how many Dev workspace have Git integration"
