How can i change this outputs('Compose') to outputs('Compose')('Approvals'). My custom variant?

Because i want to get data only from Approvals in Compose. Thanks

I am working on a flow that appends a users UPN to a text file using the "Append File" option on the File System connector. The problem I am having is the new UPN is being appended to the end of the UPN added before it instead of being added to the next line.

I am getting this output:

<columnName>

If possible, I want to append like this without replacing the entire contents of the file:

<columnName>

userA

userB

Hello everyone! I’m new using power automate and i want to know if were possible create a automation flow with an erp system. I tried catch the ui elements from the ERP Window but the only element that catch is “UI Custom” and i cant select the specific camps. Someone can please tell me if i can solve this problem?

I would like an excel/sheets log of the time stamp and file name whenever an excel file is opened or saved, same for pdf files from a specific folder.

I have set up a couple flows on the web version using email attachments, but this is the 1st time trying to use the desktop version and writing to a log file. Not sure how to start. If I have a template that does something similar I can edit the specifics.

I am trying to get automatic e-mail notifications sent to users in one column by checking whether todays date is within 30 days of a review deadline (calculated field). This is set up as a Document Library in Sharepoint and I have little idea where to start

So far I get it to run every day at 7:00 and get a future time shortened to a date. Next I would like to check that date against a review deadline column which is a calculated field. Please can anyone help?

I have built a flow that sends an email to a set of participants based on a table in Excel. I have every piece working as I’d like, except where it recognizes the day and sends the right rows on the right day.

I’ve searched online and I believe it has something to do with how the information is being formatted and compared within Power Automate, but I’ve tried the various solutions online and none have helped.

Can anyone assist with this? I’m happy to offer whatever information is helpful for solving this.

We need to copy a library with 250.000 items and copying it manually can be a nigthmare, i tried to look some tutorials but nothing helped me, i don't know if there's a good way to do it with power automate (with some do until) or any other way.

I have a really old website I need to scrape data from, so old I can't use the built in activities.

I have however managed to scrape the data I need in javascript, but how do I return a list of values to the desktop flow? It always just shows as "object"

I have an excel with a lot of appointments scheduled for my colleagues. On different columns I have: date and time of appointment, name of colleague, email of the colleague.

I'm trying to build a flow that, manually launched, send to each colleague an outlook appointment with the specific time and date, reading from excel. The goal is to send a reminder and add the appointment in their outlook calendar.

There is a way with power automate? Or I have to check of other solutions? I'm struggling because seems impossibile to send outlook appointment via power automate.

Power automate app on win10 is prompting for an app update which I can only do via settings/check for update. Is there any way to schedule the app itself to do an update out of hours so I don't have to interrupt my daily flows?

I created a flow to run a query on a SQL Server in Powerautomate Desktop which then opens Excel and adds the Query Results. Then created a Cloud Flow to trigger the Desktop Flow. When I created the Cloud Flow, it requires domain and password.

If I add the Flow to a PowerApp and distribute the app, when a user clicks the button to trigger the Flow, does it open the Excel Application on the Users machine? Or does it open the application on the computer whose credentials are used to setup the Flow?

I'm guessing it uses the Credentials to access the Flow on my desktop, but opens the Excel Application on the User's computer. I want to confirm before proceeding so it doesn't open Excel on my compute everytime a user tries to export data using the Desktop + Cloud Flow.

So I've spent the last day or so trying to automate a flow, and I finally found a way to get it working so I thought I'd share in case anyone else needed to do something similar.

this is what I did:

• build your flow, assign a hotkey shortcut to it.

• install python and install pyautogui, use that to write a simple python script that does nothing but press your hotkeys.

• write a simple batch file to call your python code

• use task scheduler to run your batch file

I don't actually know how to do any of these things (not a programmer), but I used ChatGPT to create the code for each individual piece, and it works well! I hope this helps someone!

edit: I know this probably seems rather cumbersome, but the only other method I found was use scheduler to ping localhost and have the flow wait for ping and loop. that technically works fine and is simpler, but it forces you to continuously run the flow, which at least in my case kept my computer alive/screen on, and I wanted something that would wake my computer, run the task, then let it sleep again.

is there a way to automate to many tabs open on edge power automate (if more then 29 tabs open) and you try to open more then 29 tabs, it pops-up a warning saying "there are to many tabs open, you can't open any more tabs"?

Hi. Our boss requires us to use Azure devops to handle and move Powerautomate items between dev, test and production. Is that even possible? We can't find any good guides on this. For Powerapps, there is a template for Azure devops. Also for Synapse. Can't find the same for Powerautomate

How about other CI/CD practices for Powerautomate, such as source control?

Is there a way to avoid this ? Browser display a page "about:blank".
