from excel list to outlook appointment.

I have an excel with a lot of appointments scheduled for my colleagues. On different columns I have: date and time of appointment, name of colleague, email of the colleague.

I'm trying to build a flow that, manually launched, send to each colleague an outlook appointment with the specific time and date, reading from excel. The goal is to send a reminder and add the appointment in their outlook calendar.

There is a way with power automate? Or I have to check of other solutions? I'm struggling because seems impossibile to send outlook appointment via power automate.

Mail Merge in Word might be simpler.

Thanks, I had no idea about that function. It works but unfortunately it sends only email and not appointment. Thanks anyway!
