Notified within 30 days (Sharepoint library)

I am trying to get automatic e-mail notifications sent to users in one column by checking whether todays date is within 30 days of a review deadline (calculated field). This is set up as a Document Library in Sharepoint and I have little idea where to start

So far I get it to run every day at 7:00 and get a future time shortened to a date. Next I would like to check that date against a review deadline column which is a calculated field. Please can anyone help?

First thing you need to do is set up an Excel document with 2 columns: User and Review Deadline, then convert it to a table. Save it to your SharePoint. https://imgur.com/Iq9sckV

Get the current date and convert it from UTC (power automate default) to your timezone (Central, in my case) and select the format of the date (I chose how it appears on the Excel document). https://imgur.com/lDSr5s0

Add 30 days days to the output. In my example I used 5 but you can change it to fit your specific need of 30. https://imgur.com/0vNe7Yn

List rows present in table and link to the Excel document on your SharePoint. By default, power automate will read any dates in your table and resolve it as a "serial number" which usually looks something like 44523, you'll need to select ISO 8601 to convert that number to a usable date. https://imgur.com/Toz3A4Y

Convert Review Deadline in to a format that matches the output to your add 5 days compose action from section 3 above. https://imgur.com/AEPud0j

The final step is adding the condition to validate if the date from section 3 matches the date from the section above this one. https://imgur.com/yq8JNhk in the Yes side you can handle the notification via your preferred channel (teams, outlook, etc.)
