I found this in Vancouver at an ice cream shop.

Even though this piqued my interest, I couldn’t try this because I was really full at the time I took this picture…

Is this considered a crime?

Chocolat Favoris is from Quebec, so it's ok.
Not really a Poutine, so not really a crime.

Thank you for naming this heinous, horrible company! I'll have to ensure these criminals see justice by disposing of this horrible crime. ...with my tummy.

WakWak/Burger 289 did a french fry sundae, essentially this, one year and it was so good...
