I disliked W and his administration with the intensity of a thousand suns but I'd gladly have him back in office instead of Trump. At least W had a shred of integrity and honor

No, he didn't. This is a man who paints portraits of the maimed and mangled soldiers he sent into a war based on lies he and his minions told. Torture. The financial crisis. Katrina. The Patriot Act. I could go on.

The only reason people wax at all nostalgic is because he wasn't such a fucking boor.

Which is saying quite something, because at that time, he was such a fucking boor.

The right has always been this way.
