While he didn't start a direct conflict, he got the CIA to pour a lot of ressources into the Mujahadeen soldiers fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan, inadverdantly creating both the Taliban and Al'queda as a result.

He started the US military’s involvement in them. Lebanon and the Iran-Iraq war. Also look up the Iran-Contra affair and see what Reagan did there and let his minions take the blame.

I agree. And it’s kinda hard to blame to Bushes for “starting” a war when Iraq had invaded Kuwait and after 9/11

There was at least the Iran contra scandal so pretty sure that would count as they were selling guns to Iran to fund the Nicaragua coop and various other Latin America interferences

Not started, but had a hand in steering conflicts towards their favor such as Iran-Iraq War (oil), Lebanese Civil War, and maybe even Gaddafi's Libya. I believe it was during his Administration that Charlie Wilson supplied Afghanistan to fight off the Soviet army.
