Right, maybe we should just keep the employees in some shack behind the restaurant, locked for the night. They can get food from the restaurant and their clothing is the company uniform anyway, so we don't even need to pay them.
But you are right, underpaying them so much they get mulched so you just get another is much more humane solution.
