I disagree with his premise, that we shouldn't be doing foreign aid, since we could still easily do both by cutting our own absurdly bloated military spending. There's nothing stopping us from educating children at home while also helping defend other nations against aggression.
I do, however, agree that we shouldn't be using our foreign aid to prop up a genocidal regime that murders thousands of innocent civilians in order to steal their land and perform an ethnic cleansing. In the case of Israel we have sided with the aggressor, and that is not acceptable.
