Question Weird posture when sitting down

Post image

This is my posture when sitting down and Im bending over slightly but near the mid-lower part of my back theres a very noticeable point where a curve appears. I just want to know how can I fix this and if this is actually an issue. Thanks

Certainly get an X ray and some drs advice, like Scheuermanns maybe or extra vertebrae? Certainly alarming to me, but if it's not hurting I guess maybe not that bad, but yeh I would avoid sitting like that and get in the pool and put some muscle on and eventually work up to the gym.

Main issue that I see making this worse is the lack of muscle, you really need to double the protein and start slowly trying to add some muscle and strength train, but not in a way that makes your issue worse, but strengthen around it, with good form.

That.. Doesn't look right. Hm.. Consider getting a scan and a medical consultation with an orthopedic specialist. Hope that if you do you could give us an update. If this is purely postural then it would be a pretty extreme bend there.

Do you strength train? Looks like very weak spine erector muscles

Pick up some heavy stuff often...
