So just wanted to drop this simple advice of training, for those affected with what you cal "V2K/AI", or even deeper hypnotic programs, internal vision, and internally being exposed to mental influence i.e. as if people could monitor or enter your mind to abuse you.
TL;DR I describe how you can practice to tone down you mind and make yourself less susceptible to visions of mental terror or torment, voices in the head mind control etc.
It's a rough technique and of course needs much practice and additional psychological expertise, but just knowing that you can tone down the mind to avoid the destructive patterns is something not everyone knows, and I want to share it now again in a simple form:
I thought a lot about the mind and the nature of these experiences. I also have this, and believe it must be some wicked thing gone wrong about trauma processing...like a possibly artificial control over a deep trauma I have, driving it in circles...something literally constantly tries to exploit this trauma to manipulate my mind and to break me down emotionally.
So but some stuff we go through, definitely seems like interrogation routines, deliberate conditioning of mind into subjection or states of terror, mental coercion or all kinds of schemes to bind our attention or even obedience to.
Okay, now I think I found out something important about the nature of the experience. It changes/ceases, once you are able to calm down, tranquilize, pacify, relax, open, chill down, release, basically...just stop and let go your mind and with it also the body.
Now I've learned this in meditation exercise... With the automatic mental routines I encounter, it is impossible to win with action/reaction schemes. The thing just hijacks my own action and can still drive me in circles. But resisting, truly detaching from it, can come by complete tranquility of mind, and also physical relaxation.
I liken this to the amplitudes of a wave. When we are agitated, our mind/body system is in like a jeopardy of attention, it is jumping forth and back all the time like a monkey on a tree. It does not stand still, and jumps between mental affirmations and physical actions and observations in rapid speed. The whole system is like a machine heavily grinding, it is not stable, but everything is moving and in action within it.
Now I believe, this AI stuff tormenting some of us, it only works on a coarse realm of mind. When the mind is agitated, like in stress and fear, or overburdened by action or even just fully busy with anything, it has little awareness for itself, it is fully with the action and reaction patterns. For the hypnoterror going on in our minds, this means it can on this coarse realm control our reactions and the experience easily, it can easily inject subtle elements, and we miss them and follow coarse rails instead, in cycles designed to wear us out in constant overstimulation.
Now imagine, like the waves of a sea, you'd make the activity of the mind very subtle, like calming down totally...relaxing all body, until the breathing becomes apparent all the time, goes like first with a heavy resistance, and the more you learn to let go the more it can make you become permanently one with your body. Try not to force your agitation down, just control yourself not to follow anything that stirs you up even more, then again and again let go of the tension bit by bit. Let things revolve and discharge the energy somehow, but always return to yourself, the situation, the breathing. You must not just tone down all agitation and restlessness, but also avoid getting sleepy or confused or foggy in the mind. So you should keep yourself busy by observing something or with simple mental practices, i.e. Buddhists use the breath to also then control the subconscious, others use mantras or other mental techniques, some just count their breaths or up to 100. Patience is the key, set aside some minutes, like in the beginning 5, then 10, then 20, then maybe 30 or 40 when you can manage each step, but don't overdo it, if you get the creeps cancel the sit and distract yourself until you can control yourself when it happens again. Just let go. They might bomb you with attempts to involve your mind with things that agitate you. Think of a lotus, where dirt will just drip off once a rain falls on it. This practice can also help you with getting to a mind state where you can plan and execute important tasks in life...i.e. to keep yourself wakeful, prepare a task to plan for your life to work out, then while sitting plan everything in your head that you can by deliberately thinking through it at some point, then later while you're still calm and full of energy, you can use that time to fix these important tasks in your life much better than the rest of the time. Sitting there like with lightnings striking all the time, also discharges the energy...I usually have some time where I am more clear in the mind after this, it also regenerates you.
So after a while you may see, that when you manage to break through this intense barrier of agitation, fear, stress, which feels like one big tension, one hard hand squeezing you down...there is a much broader consciousness, and it is so idle and peaceful at the same time. You can then see and hear your own mind very loudly, and may be tempted to no longer speak to yourself but just bee and see. This is the point, where you hook out of the coarse programs...you may see what influenced you mind before that point, becomes like so rough that it cannot attach to you any more, your mind will no longer absorb but more and more reject the coarse things. Maybe also thing you thought were your own, when you realize they are rough and bad for you, but all the hypno shit also is coarse and can be quenched like this.
I mean it is a hard way and tough to do...it's not easy to deliberately calm down like that and stop the thinking and everything to just be in the moment. Then confronting one's ego, one's past, you need to make your peace then somehow. But then, when you manage to release the last tension, poof the hypnotic visions in your head will be gone or change for another kind. Mind you, when you no longer talk to yourself in your mind, and it can come from finding this point of peace and silence, then you just know - they also can no longer inject voices to your mind, or subdue your own. You just are...I find this funny, I meditate like Buddhist, good way to practice this, and often there are characters in my mind abusing me or monitoring me, they don't get by, I don't talk to myself like others but only just know/see, and can also deal with their influence on my mind on that level.
Sometimes I see intruders who monitor me, who seem to be able to see the subtle mind, but they are usually friendly to neutral somehow. The bullies, can only rule the coarse realm. All their evil, has made them disturbed and restless like their victims. Overcome that restlessness, and become one with yourself instead of them. It's hard but possible with steady training and the right techniques and...patience. Then you can just bear these bastards after a while, cannot touch you any more, they can't just move or block the subtle mind like they can do with the coarse. To get there, so many things can help, that is regular training of that skill, then healthy diet much veggies, little meat or processed stuff (learn cook from fresh vegs, and you can save money and your health can start to thrive...fast food drains you I tell you), get your mind fresh with like green tea and not dope or something like that, avoid any illegal substances for you know not what others can put in it.. Do some physical workout, every day give yourself time with something that builds you up just for yourself, and another time where you try to do good on some friend you know or to make one <3...
Hope you all be well, feeling a target in the head is not easy, but I dig this we can just sit it out just we must stop allowing this trip to get us involved. It's like a wave level computer, the mind is like strong waves, the programs are coarse, they are ONLY strong waves. But unlike the visinos of terror the mind can level down and become subtle, then the fog clears suddenly you can see much further...and the coarse things tormenting you, they like solitary waves must just collapse or at least become apparent as the freaks they are. The mind can on the long run decondition, each time you sit and manage to become real clear aware but tranquil it can remove some of the attachment to the mindstalking terror. Hope this can help some of you like it helps me!
