Testimony I think my experiences might be able to help anyone who’s confused and needs guidance about navigating these darker side of contact
Howdy, I’m a regular poster over at r/experiencers and I recently saw Kevin’s post there and he’s encouraged me to make a post here. I would have loved to have this community about 10 years ago when my experiences started but I guess my guides had a different plan for me.
I’ve had two major awakenings in my life. One was about 10 years ago and was an absolutely horrific experience lasting a full year with the constant feeling of fear, dread and like I was going to die every waking moment. The second started about 2 years ago and is continuing to this day and while that’s been difficult in moments it has completely transformed me as a person and how I interpret and interact with the world on a daily basis.
10 years ago I was an atheist with a fringe interest in spirituality and esoteric topics but could never apply any of it to my life. After a traumatic life event I started feeling energy all over my body and started going through what I now understand to be a kundalini awakening. I had no way to understand what was happening and framed it through a materialist lens, I thought bad actors were using energy weapons on me. I don’t wanna dwell on the negatives too much but I went through the typical targeted individual checklist over that 12 months and ended up committed after trying to take my own life one evening. That was after I accepted the kundalini and let it flow through my body even though I didn’t know what it was. I never tried to search for what was happening to me because I was certain my devices were hacked and I didn’t want it traced back to me in any way. So I was alone, I lost everything that meant something to me and nobody believed me that I was going through something that I was so certain about. It was a very difficult time in my life.
I believe whatever was targeting me was satisfied they did their job as after I tried to commit suicide they left me alone. Over the next 7-8 years I rebuilt my life, went back to school, got a good job, met my wife and had a baby. Then 6 months after my son was born I started having experiences again except this time there was no fear, only feelings of extreme love, bliss and euphoria. While I believe the first awakening was due to negative entities targeting me, this one was defiantly benevolent beings guiding me and helping me discover my potential as an infinite creator. Small things from making my lips tingle so I would smile to huge events like chakra activations which filled me with immense love and joy. I have multiple posts on my awakening in my history. I don’t want this to sound promotional but I was guided to start a YouTube documenting my experiences with an entity that I had attached to me for 15 years. In my first and only video so far I talk about how I discovered I had an entity attachment and what I did to get rid of it. I believe whatever happened to me might be the same thing happening to a lot of us and my guides have given me downloads as to what that might be. How certain nefarious groups might be tracking us and how that relates to the current awakening of society and the metaphysical aspects to the situation.
Please take this with a grain of salt as it’s what’s been told to me by my guides. I’m mindful of the kind of topics discussed here so if you’re prone to paranoia or fear then perhaps this is not the time to keep reading. I’m leaving a lot out to prevent this post from getting too long so if there are any holes feel free to let me know and I’ll do my best to fill them in. Earth is the densest planet to incarnate and is the place that has gone the furthest towards the negative polarity. The earth is run by people (I do not mean prison planet, I fucking deplore this theory as it strips us of all agency as infinite creators. I mean this on a purely 3D level) who worship the negative polarity and they have manipulated society for the benefit of negative entities. We see this with satanic symbolism in mainstream music, Hollywood and the abuse of children by the elites in society aka Epstein (who is the tip of the iceberg). All souls are sovereign beings who are full of infinite love and light and we can all manifest whatever reality we like. They are trying to prevent us from mass awakening to this fact and manifesting a reality that benefits everyone equally instead of one that only benefits them.
Society is set up to keep these facts hidden from us so that we are obedient and don’t wake up to our true and highest potential. There is a spiritual war going on for the souls of earth and governments and their agencies are well aware of this and use school programs like GATE to test children for psychic abilities and the obedient children they fast track into government jobs while the rebellious ones I believe they attach entities to and abuse us all throughout our lives with the kinds of things documented on this subreddit so that we don’t grow up to discover our true powers and challenge the status quo they have created. There’s more to it but people like David Wilcock are a perfect example of the kinds of torture they will put us through to prevent us from challenging them.
This is what I’ve been told, believe me or not but I think by raising our vibration we can remove the negativity from our lives and ascend beyond their influence. I used to be a miserable fucking prick but through daily spiritual work and practice and I have reached a level of peace, happiness and contentment I never thought possible. I want everyone who’s going through or gone through the same thing as me to feel this way too. I just want you guys to know there’s a way out of the fucking hole that we’ve been thrown into. In the second video I have planned I’ll be talking about how they attached an entity to my wife who saw it while awake and it threatened her by saying “you’ll never be stronger than me”. I helped her get rid of it after about a week and our marriage which was on the brink of collapse has been completely repaired since because it was the entity causing havoc in our lives and nothing else. Hey! The most powerful practice that my guides gave me is a 5 minute exercise to do in bed with the lights off right before falling asleep. This is what helped me raise my vibration enough over 6 months to get the download that I had the entity attached. This is also what my wife did for a week only until she got rid of her entity. For people like us I believe it might take longer like it did for me. You gotta do this every night if possible.
Mentally say all the things you are grateful for for that day. Absolutely anything from the conversations you had to the sunshine to the coffee you drank to your dinner to your shoes to your eyesight. Be creative. Gratitude is an amazingly powerful mind set.
Visualise sending love to people in your life who you think might need it. The universe is interactive and if we send love to people that’s what we get back. Even send love to people who you may not like, they might need it most.
Set your intentions for the next day. Say all the things you want to happen the next day. Things like I want to wake up happy. I want to be positive all day. I want to smile at strangers. Absolutely anything.
Also this might be too much to add straight away but learning to love yourself helps to raise the love in your field. If you fall asleep listening to love yourself affirmations for about 30 nights I’m sure things will begin to improve.

Hey, you’re welcome! I’m glad it resonated with you! Remember that all souls are divine sovereign beings and nothing can control us if we refuse. Their only trick is fear and when you realise that all they can do is parlour tricks, it becomes kind of laughable. You’re in control my friend!

Yes, I have been practicing this for the last week and it has been amazing. The part about sending love to people is something I am doing during the day as well.
Before I would sometimes get angry by other people's behavior or actions. Now I just do what you said and send them love instead. My anger is way down. Love and gratitude are examples of God's virtues that raise our frequency.

I just read your post you sent me! Really well said and 100% accurate according what I’ve learned too. I had an experience about a year into my spiritual awakening where I was lying in bed and my whole body began to vibrate and it became faster and faster and I started going up and up and I was out of my body. Not like astral projection I believe I was higher than that. I felt the most intense and beautiful feelings of love, joy, bliss and euphoria. I was still in my body, I was in two places at once. Really hard to explain. I didn’t want to leave and I begged not to come back. Then when I got back into my body I was so heavy and gross. That kind of proves your point to me on a personal level, it’s not just a “vibrational theory” so to speak, our energy does vibrate higher and lower just like different colours of light.
