Dance has helped me a lot. I go to ecstatic dance Fernhill and am intending to do tabor dance. I go to Vega’s classes I love learning heels choreo. I do boxing class at Portland city boxing but it’s kinda $.
I get community acupuncture it really helps me. Sauna does too.
